Making a Positive Impact
In 2007 I certified as a pilates instructor through Body Harmonics, after many years as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I love how, through Pilates movement, one quickly discovers their physical strength through learning proper alignment and movement patterns. My focus in my ongoing continuing Pilates education has been on post-rehab protocols, and senior care through strength, balance and fall prevention. I am also a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Women, no matter how many years postpartum, can correct their pelvic health issues if they are given the correct exercises.
